Newsone claims people want Stacey Abrams or Kamala Harris to be Biden's running mate and totally disagree. I have no idea why the writers at Newsone would make such a claim. Other than the fact that Harris and Abrams are black there is no reason to pick either one of these women.
Kamala Harris has no black support what so ever and Abrams is hardly known. Harris has a terrible record from her time as a prosecutor in California which caused black people to disregard her as a viable presidential candidate. Biden would likely lose the black support that has if he picks Harris as his running mate.
Newsone is claiming that people online have craving for one these women to be Biden’s VP pick but I have yet to see anything to validate that claim. I understand that Newsone is a pro-black news publishing, however, it would be dishonest of them to make such a claim without validation.
Personally, I think Corey Booker would make a better running mate for Biden.

I called it! Biden may have just confirmed my sneaky suspicion. I knew when Kamala Harris called him out for being on the wrong side of the bussing issue back in the 70s, Biden would most likely pick a minority for his VP to win over whatever Black voters he may have lost.
This is just a personal opinion of mine but I believe Biden will pick Corey Booker as his VP. It just makes sense when you think about it. Booker is popular but not so popular that he would overshadow Biden.
Some people think he may pick Kamala Harris but I don't see them getting along and plus to reiterate my point I made earlier, Kamala would overshadow him. Plus to Kamala Harris has too much baggage. She is not popular in the Black community due to her horrible record as AG in California.
According to The Washington Post, Biden spoke about who he would pick for VP.
“Whomever I pick, preferably it will be someone who was of color and/or a different gender, but I’m not making that commitment until I know that the person I’m dealing with I can completely and thoroughly trust as authentic and on the same page [as me].” Biden said.
During the second Democratic Presidential debates, Biden mistakenly called Booker "Mr.President" and they chuckled at the slip-up. I don't think it was a mistake. I believe Biden knew exactly what he was doing and was sowing the seed right there in front of the entire country.
